Roy and Aleisa Fidler, Applicant/Owner (This item was continued from the May 12, 2008 Commission Meeting)–On April 21, 2008 the City Council reviewed these requests and a motion was approved to send the requests back to the Planning Commission for reconsideration and/or to consider the applicant’s request for a lesser intensity in Land Use Designation and Zoning Classification. The requested has been amended as followings:
A.CPA-2008-01-The applicant has requested an amendment of the 2025 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation of the subject site from Residential/Low Intensity to Commercial/Office Medium Intensity .
B. CZ-197-The applicant has requested rezoning of the subject site from RS-6 Residential Single-Family High Intensity District to OL Office Low Intensity District.
The subject property (approximately1.16-acres) is located along the west side of Shawnee Street approximately 150 feet south of Denbow Street. Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10 of Block 18, Catoosa, OT.

A Workshop to discuss possible revisions to the City of Catoosa Subdivision Regulations including but not limited to; Section 1.14- Accelerated Release of Building Permits, Section 4.4- Sidewalks, Section 4.6-Lots, Section 2.4- Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Construction Plans and Figure 1- Development Review and Processing.
B. Update on the nomination(s), appointment by the Mayor and confirmation by the City Council of a new Member of the Catoosa Planning Commission
