Minutes of September 17, 2007
Now on this 17th day of September, 2007 this regular meeting of the Catoosa Public Works Authority was called to order by Chairman, Rita Lamkin AT 8:24 pm.
Roll Call: The following trustees were present for this meeting: Penny Chambers, Sandy Myers, Robert Brown, Linda Paylor, Cathie Langston, Mike Appel, Rita Lamkin, Chairman. Tim Studebaker, City Attorney was also present. Judy Scullawl, City Clerk and R.J. Phillips were also present for this meeting.
Approval of Minutes: A motion was made by Mike Appel and seconded by CathieLangston to approve the minutes of the September 4th, 2007 meeting with the correction of the spelling of Mike Appel. The motion passed with the following votes: Penny Chambers-aye; Sandy Myers-aye; Robert Brown-aye; Linda Paylor-aye; Cathie Langston-aye; Mike Appel-aye; Rita Lamkin-aye.
Approval of Claims: A motion was made by Mike Appel and seconded by Sandy Myers to approve the claims as listed. The motion passed with the following votes: Penny Chambers-aye; Sandy Myers-aye; Robert Brown-aye; Linda Paylor-aye; Cathie Langston-aye; Mike Appel-aye; Lamkin-aye.
New Business: None
Adjourn: There being no further business to come before the Pubic Works Authority; a motion was made by Mike Appel seconded by Linda Paylor to adjourn. The motion passed with the following votes: Penny Chambers-aye; Sandy Myers-aye; Robert Brown-aye; Linda Paylor-aye; Cathie Langston-aye; Mike Appel-aye; Rita Lamkin-aye.
