Catoosa Residents may burn trees & limbs “ONLY” in their yards after RECIEVING APPROVAL from the Fire Dept. 438-2552 or 266-1747.

Many changes have occurred in Catoosa over the past few years. The city continues to grow with a population of approximately 6,000. The City of Catoosa has built its second fire station, a new City Hall building, a Library, and  Community Center with plans to build a Recreation Center and has also implemented an Animal Adoption Program. The Catoosa Historical Museum was built with the ongoing efforts of the Catoosa Historical Society. The City of Catoosa has also acquired a second museum. Catoosa’s D.W. Correll Museum. There are several new infrastructure projects in the works which include extending water and sewer lines to accommodate new housing and commercial growth. The City has completed a long range Comprehensive Plan to the year 2025, as well as approving an updated Zoning Code. The City of Catoosa’s future is bright. With the continuing efforts and leadership of many fine citizens we will continue to grow and prosper. Catoosa Schools now rank in the top of the state public schools in Class 5A.
