Every citizen is responsible for keeping their property maintained in a clean, safe, secure and sanitary condition. The mission of the Code Enforcement Department is to ensure that all properties meet code compliance. The code official is authorized to engage and implement the provisions of City of Catoosa Code of Ordinances, City Zoning Code and ICC International Property Maintenance Code. The Code Officer ensures that all codes are enforced and complaints are investigated in a timely manner. Citations will be issued for violaters that refuse to comply. City Ordinances can be reviewed online with the attached link city ordinances.
