The Utility Department maintains the City’s water and sewer services. The Utility Department’s highly trained City employees work hard to provide you with the best service possible. These employees are front line in public safety and environmental protection.

Customers can pay by cash, check, money order, or credit card. There is a drop box on the north side of City Hall for after hours.

To start new residential or commercial water/sewer service customers must complete an application, show two forms of identification (ID), provide a copy of lease, and must make a deposit. Valid forms of ID include:

• Driver's License

• Passport

• Social Security Card

• State Issued ID

• Tribal Membership Card

• Commercial Contract (PDF)

• Residential Contract (PDF)

To report utility emergencies after hours or on the weekend, contact the Police Department dispatch center at 918-596-5600.
