If you are planning to build a new structure or remodel an existing property in the corporate limits of the City of Catoosa, you may be required to have an inspection, or several inspections, performed on your progress.

The following inspections are required to be performed by the City of Catoosa City Building Inspector:

• Building final (commercial must have Certificate of Occupancy issued)

• Final electrical

• Final mechanical

• Final plumbing

• Footing inspection

• Framing inspection

• Permanent electrical service

• Rough-in electrical inspection

• Rough-in mechanical inspection

• Sewer line and tap inspection

• Slab inspection (vapor barrier must be in place)

• Structural steel inspection (if applicable)

• Temporary electric service

• Top-out plumbing inspection

• Under-slab inspection (ground plumbing, electrical, etc.)

• Water line inspection
