Plan Catoosa

Dec. 10th, 2025—The city of Catoosa launched a public comment period on a new Unified Development Code (UDC).  The UDC will streamline development processes, promote sustainable growth, and ensure consistency in land use regulations by combining and realigning Catoosa’s existing Zoning Code and its Subdivision Regulations into one unified code.

“This is an important opportunity for residents, businesses, and stakeholders to review the proposed code and provide feedback,” Jody King, Catoosa Director of Community Development, said. The public comment period will remain open until February 2, 2026.

Those interested in providing feedback can review the UDC at

“Citizen input is vital to help us create a code that reflects the needs and values of our community,” Josh Brown, Catoosa City Manager, said. Brown said people can register their comments during the public comment period through a feedback form available at: City of Catoosa Unified Development Code Feedback – Fill out form.

To ensure people have the opportunity to ask questions directly, Catoosa will also host two Open Houses in January. Both will be held at the Catoosa Community Center, 105 E. Oak Street in Catoosa.

Open House 1: Thursday, January 8, 2026, 5:30 – 7:00 PM

Open House 2: Wednesday, January 21, 2026, 5:30 – 7:00 PM

Light beverages and snacks will be provided at both events.
