To get a permit, you will need to complete an application which can be found at www.catoosapolice.org or can be picked up at the Catoosa Police Department, 208 South Cherokee Street Catoosa, Ok.
You can deliver the application to the Catoosa Police Department with the applicable annual fee. You can also mail the application with the annual application fee to The Catoosa Police Department, P.O. Box 190 Catoosa, Ok 74015. Do not send cash by mail.
